- Idaho Sled Dog Challenge: Jan 29th-Feb 6th – 100 Mile Race, 8 dog class
- American Dog Derby: 22 Mile Race, 8 dog pool run 6 each day, Feb 16th and 17th
- Wildfire Defense Series – West Yellowstone – Jan 24-Jan 26

Michael Tarver began his mushing career in 2019 driven by a passion for sled dogs and the thrill of the sport. He successfully completed his first race in 2024 running a team of Seppala Siberians. Michael’s journey into the world of mushing has been marked by his commitment to his team and his enthusiasm for the challenges and adventures that come with the sport.
