1 Hour Long Tour – Teton Village, WY

When: Starting on the hour, with morning time slots at 9am, 10am, and 11am, and afternoon slots starting at 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm Wednesday through Monday. We do not run tours on Tuesdays as we utilize this as a rest day for our dogs.

Cost: $400/sled during regular season. $500/sled during select holiday dates: December 20, 2023 – Jan 8, 2024. Jan 13, 2024 – Jan 15, 2024. Feb 16, 2024 – Feb 19, 2024. Each sled can accommodate up to 2 guests. There is a 400lb max combined weight limit per sled. All children 13 or younger must be accompanied by an adult in the same sled.

What’s Included: Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to go over paperwork and a brief safety presentation. Guests are then loaded into a dogsled pulled by a team of Alaskan Huskies and driven by one of our qualified guides. You’ll start off by gliding through a small wooded section on our private and groomed trail, and pop out into an open meadow along the base of the Teton range. Along the ride there will be photo opportunities with the team. Trail conditions permitting, we may allow guests to stand on the back with the guide. **Please ask your guide at the beginning of the tour if this is something you are interested in so they may assess conditions to find an appropriate section of trail.** Trail time is approximately 40-45 minutes, depending on weather. At the end of the tour, we will return to the staging area to warm up and meet the entire dog team. We will then part ways to prepare our dogs for the next tour.

Restrictions: The minimum age for this experience is 2 years old. Additionally, we ask that all participants are able to sit upright, stand, and walk unassisted. All children 13 or younger must be accompanied by an adult in the same sled.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel for any reason, please let us know at least 7 days prior to your trip date to receive a full refund. Trips cancelled within the 7 day window will result in a full forfeiture. If a cancellation is made within the 7 day window and we are able to re-book the sled(s), we would then issue a refund. 30 day cancellation policy for large and corporate groups. We do not recommend booking a tour on a travel day. We are unable to make exceptions to our policy for delayed or cancelled flights.

Large Groups

We are able to accommodate large groups with advance notice by blocking off multiple back-to-back hour slots. We have 3 sleds in our inventory that we can use at any given hour time slot. Maximum 2 guests per sled, maximum 6 guests per hour time slot. An 18% auto-gratuity will be applied to all groups of 5 or more.

Daily Meet & Greet

Every day that we are open (Wednesday through Monday), we host a meet and greet with our dogs and staff from 12pm to 1pm. Parking is limited, and reserved for handicap vehicles. This event is open to the public and does not require a reservation. If you learn something new, or if you have a great time with our dogs, please consider leaving a donation! We greatly appreciate all donations, and a portion of each donation is given to a different organization each month. Click here to learn about our past & recent donations!

No Snow & Off Season Options

In the event there is not enough snow to form a safe dogsled trail, we will offer an alternative dogsled presentation and husky meet & greet. Each presentation is an hour long and features a history of dog mushing and Jackson Hole. We also include an interactive gear setup, which allows guests to stand on the runners of the sled, and an in depth look at the different dog breeds used in this sport. Each tour ends with a chance to meet and cuddle some of our star employees (a.k.a. our dogs). Contact us for more info on presentations and no-snow pricing.
